When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password. When you use Incusia, we collect the information you put in, like client names, invoice details, and payment records. When you pay us, our payment processor Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store your credit card number.

We also collect basic usage information, like which pages you visit and when. This helps us find bugs and make Incusia better.

Why we collect it

Your email is how we contact you and how you log in. Your invoice data is what makes Incusia useful to you. Usage information helps us improve the product.

We do not use your data for anything else. We do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Who can see your data

Only you can see your account data. Your clients and invoices are private to you. We use industry standard security to keep it that way.

Our team can access data if you email us for support and we need to look at your account to help you. We do this only when necessary.

Some third parties help us run Incusia:

How we protect your data

Your password is encrypted. Our servers are secured. We use HTTPS everywhere. We follow security best practices for handling sensitive information.

If we ever have a data breach, we will tell you within 72 hours of discovering it.

Your rights

You can see all your data by logging into your account. You can export your invoices and client list at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data whenever you want.

If you live in Europe, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to request all data we have about you and the right to be forgotten. Email us to exercise these rights.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use Incusia. This helps us find bugs and improve the product. Google Analytics uses cookies to track pages you visit and how you interact with our tools. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. We do not use Facebook pixels or any cross-site tracking.

You can reject analytics cookies at any time using the cookie banner or the Cookie Preferences link in our footer. If you reject, we will not track any of your activity on Incusia.

We do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics. Your name, email, and business data are never sent to Google. Analytics only sees which pages you visited and which buttons you clicked, anonymously.

Essential cookies keep you logged in. Those are required for the product to work and are not used for tracking.

Children

Incusia is not for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover we have, we will delete it.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and email you if the changes are significant. The date at the top shows when this was last updated.
