A new account starts with 7 days of full Pro access. No card is needed. You can send invoices, try estimates, and use the rest of Pro before you choose. On day 7 the account becomes read only. You can still open and download what you made. Nothing is deleted.
The account becomes read only until you pick Starter, Pro, or Lifetime. Existing invoices and clients stay visible and downloadable as PDF and CSV. You cannot create anything new until you choose a plan. We do not delete data because you have not paid.
The price you sign up at is the price you pay for as long as your account stays active. This is written into our Terms of Service as a contractual commitment, not a marketing promise. If we raise prices for new customers, existing customers keep their original rate permanently. Most invoicing software raises prices every year or two. We wrote ours into the contract so we cannot.
Starter at $9 a month covers invoicing and estimates: unlimited clients, invoice tracking, reminders, your logo, layouts, and a payment button. Pro at $29 adds recurring invoices, expenses, time tracking, the client pipeline, cash forecast, deposits, late fees, and the client portal. Estimate tiers, margins, and a deposit on acceptance stay on Pro.
Lifetime is $99 once and includes everything in Pro, plus features we ship later. It suits anyone who knows they will keep invoicing and would rather make one payment. If you are still deciding, start the 7 day trial and choose later.
Yes, with one click from your dashboard. No phone call, no support ticket, no retention offer, no cancellation form. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then the account becomes read only. Nothing is deleted. You can still export invoices as PDF and your data as CSV.
No. The 7 day trial needs an email and a password. A card is only needed when you choose Starter, Pro, or Lifetime. The trial does not turn into a paid plan on its own.
All 30+ major currencies are available on Starter, Pro, and Lifetime, and during the trial. That covers EUR, GBP, USD, NOK, SEK, DKK, CHF, CAD, AUD, JPY and more. You pick the currency on the invoice, not at signup.
Nothing is deleted. When a trial ends, or a paid period ends without a renewal, the account becomes read only. Every invoice, client, and document stays accessible. You can export invoices as PDF and your data as CSV. Choose a plan when you want to create something new.
