Nine dollars a seat for the year. Eleven if you pay monthly.
Switch if you pay a Harvest seat so you can send invoices, and the team reports are not what you open. Starter is $9 a month for the account, not per seat.
Stay if you live in timers, capacity, and project reports. Harvest is built for that, and Incusia's time tracking is not a team reporting suite.

Last reviewed 7 November 2026Checked against Harvest's own pricing page on the date printed in the comparison. The date on this page is 7 November 2026.
Harvest's pricing page, checked 7 November 2026, shows Teams from $9 per seat per month when you pay yearly, which is $108 a seat. Month to month it is $11 a seat. The free plan is 1 seat and 2 projects. The page also says extra invoices, projects, clients, and tasks are billed on top, and it does not print those rates. Incusia Starter is $9 a month for the account.
Paying yearly, one Teams seat is $9 a month, $108 a year. Paying monthly, the same seat is $11, $132 a year. Starter is $9 a month either way, and it is not per person.
Harvest is a time product
Free includes time tracking, invoicing, expenses, and Mac and iOS apps, inside 1 seat and 2 projects. Teams adds team reporting. Enterprise adds profitability, approvals, and custom reports. The invoice is the printout.
Time tracking on Incusia is Pro
Starter does not track time. Pro at $29 puts tracked hours onto an invoice. It does not report a team's capacity or a project's margin. If that report is the job, stay on Harvest.
Same headline price, a different bill
Harvest and Incusia can both be described as $9. They are not the same $9. On getharvest.com/pricing, checked 7 November 2026, Teams starts at $9 per seat per month, $108 per seat billed annually. The monthly price next to it is $11 per seat. Enterprise starts at $14 per seat billed annually, or $17.50 billed monthly. A second person is a second seat. Incusia Starter is $9 a month for the account, with unlimited invoices, and it does not add a seat when you are still one person.
The pricing page then says the base rate includes core features, and that additional invoices, projects, clients, and tasks are billed based on what you use. It does not print the price of one extra invoice or one extra project. A footnote on the free plan says the usage of some features may require a fee, and it points at the Help Center. This page will not invent those rates. If your Harvest bill is higher than the seat price, the difference is on that usage line, and only your billing screen knows the number.
Free is the honest entry. It is 1 seat and 2 projects, with time tracking, invoicing, and expenses. Two active projects is a side practice. The third project is a paid plan. FreshBooks meters clients instead of projects and is the other place people pay for hours plus an invoice. If you want the hours on a PDF before you pick software, the timesheet invoice turns dated rows into one.

Thin as invoicing software, strong as a timesheet
Harvest's own description of Teams is a plan for people who track, analyze, and invoice their time. Invoicing is on the list. It is not the product. The compare table leads with hourly or flat project rates, receipts, team capacity, and, on Enterprise, profitability, timesheet approval, an activity log, and custom reports. That is a deep project and team report. Incusia does not have it.
What Incusia has is an invoice. Starter sends unlimited invoices, estimates a client can sign, reminders, and a card payment button. Time tracking is Pro and Lifetime, and the point of it is that the hours become lines on the invoice. It is not a utilization report for a team of eight. If you have that team, Harvest's seat price is the relevant number and Incusia is the wrong shape. Bonsai is the other suite freelancers buy and then only invoice from. Harvest is the one you buy because the hours are the business.
A solo freelancer inside 2 projects can stay on Harvest Free and pay nothing. That is a real plan. Incusia has no free plan. The 7 day trial is full Pro access, no card, and then $9, $29, or $99. If two projects is your whole practice, Harvest Free is the better price. Switch when the third project, or the usage line on the invoice, is the thing you are paying for.
Stay on Harvest for team capacity, profitability, and approvals.
Stay on Harvest Free if you are one person and two projects.
Switch when the seat, plus unpriced usage, exists so you can send an invoice. Starter is $9.
What a switch does to the hours
Export the time you still need before you cancel a seat. Incusia will not recreate Harvest's saved reports. It will take the clients you still bill and the next invoice. Hours you want on that invoice, on Pro, are entered again or pasted from the sheet. The history of who was over budget last quarter stays in Harvest.
Harvest's trial is 30 days and does not ask for a card. If you do not upgrade, the trial account is deactivated and the data is kept. Teams can be paid monthly or yearly, and the yearly seat is the one with the 20% discount they describe. Incusia locks the software rate you sign up at. Harvest's page does not say the seat price is locked, and the usage line can move the bill without the seat price moving.
Where Harvest is strong
Harvest is the better product when the work is hours. Team reporting on Teams, and profitability, timesheet approvals, and custom reports on Enterprise, are the job Incusia does not do. The Mac and iOS apps are on the free plan. A manager who needs to see capacity before Monday does not get that from an invoice list. Two projects and one seat can stay free. If that is the practice, the $9 comparison is the wrong reason to leave.

Pricing checked 7 November 2026 against the company's own pricing page.
Where Incusia is different
Starter is $9 a month for unlimited invoices and unlimited clients, not per seat, and not inside two projects. The price is locked at signup. Time tracking is on Pro at $29, and it lands on the invoice. It is not a utilization report. Estimates a client can sign, reminders, and templates are on Starter. There is no free plan.
$9 for the account, not $11 a seat month to month
No usage line for the next invoice
Time tracking on Pro, for the invoice, not for team capacity
Estimates, reminders, and a payment button on Starter
The $9 is the yearly seat. Checked 7 November 2026, Teams is $9 per seat per month billed annually, $108 a seat for the year, or $11 per seat billed monthly. Enterprise is $14 yearly or $17.50 monthly. Incusia Starter is $9 a month for the account, not per person.
What does the free plan include?+
Harvest Free is 1 seat and 2 projects, with time tracking, invoicing, expenses, and the Mac and iOS apps. A footnote says some usage may require a fee. Incusia has no free plan. If two projects is the whole practice, stay.
Are there charges beyond the seat?+
Yes. The pricing page says additional invoices, projects, clients, and tasks are billed based on what you use, and it does not print those rates. This page does not guess them. Read your own Harvest billing screen before you compare the seat with a flat $9.
Does Incusia track time?+
On Pro at $29 and on Lifetime at $99. The hours can go onto the invoice. Starter at $9 does not include time tracking. Harvest tracks time on the free plan and on Teams, and the reports go further. If the report is why you pay, Harvest is the stronger tool.
Is Harvest good invoicing software?+
It sends invoices, and that is listed on every plan. It is thin next to estimates a client can sign, reminders, and templates. Harvest is deep where the hour is the unit. Do not expect a team utilization report from an invoice tool.
What does Enterprise add?+
Enterprise starts at $14 per seat billed annually, or $17.50 billed monthly. The page adds unlimited custom reports, profitability, timesheet approvals, an activity log, and SAML. Those are team controls. They are not a reason to compare Enterprise with a one-person invoicing plan.
Who should stay on Harvest?+
Stay if you report team capacity, project margin, or approvals, or if you are one person inside two projects on the free plan. The apps and the timer are the product. An invoicing subscription does not replace a Monday capacity view, and this page is not going to claim it does.
Who is paying for a seat they do not use?+
Someone whose Harvest week is the invoice, not the report. A monthly seat is $11 before usage. A second person is another $11. Starter is $9 for unlimited invoices with no seat and no project cap. Export the reports you still need before you drop the seat.
Does Harvest lock the seat price?+
The pricing page checked on 7 November 2026 does not say the seat is locked, and usage can change the bill without the seat price changing. Incusia locks the software rate you sign up at. It does not lock a future Harvest invoice. Check Settings, then Billing, for the number you actually pay.
What happens after the 7 day trial?+
Incusia's trial is 7 days of full Pro access, with no card. It is not a free plan. On day 7 the account is read only until you choose Starter at $9, Pro at $29, or Lifetime at $99. Harvest's trial is 30 days.
Or invoice without buying a seat for the hours
Teams is $9 a seat when you pay for the year, and $11 a seat month to month. The free plan is one seat and two projects.
I went looking for a $9 monthly seat and found the $9 was the yearly price, with month-to-month at $11 and a line that extra invoices are billed on top. The hours reporting is the part I cannot match. Time tracking in Incusia is on Pro, and it is there so the hours can become a line on the invoice, not so a team can see who is over capacity.
